22 Standard warranty
ABB grants one year of warranty on the delivered
products specifi ed in the order documents
issued by ABB with the exception of equipment
covered by separate warranty.
The warranty is 12 months of operation based
on two-shift’s operations or a maximum of 18
months after the date of dispatch from ABB,
whichever occurs fi rst. The warranty covers
design and product defects in material and/or
workmanship.
ABB’s warranty conditions do not cover damage
caused by the purchaser’s equipment,
careless or improper operation. Neither does
the warranty cover consequential costs.
Parts and material that are subject to warranty
will be replaced by exchange parts.
Extended warranty
When purchasing your robot system you have
the opportunity to order extended warranty of
12 or maximum 24 months. This offer is also
valid for the Power Robot generation, the IRB
7600 and IRB 6600 families.
The extended warranty will cover all costs associated
with the repair or replacement of parts,
